Screens are getting wider and slimmer in 2018.

These displays still can’t display rich video, but many organizations are looking at e-paper screens. They’re flexible, cheap to buy, cheap to use and mobile.

LCD screens will see much higher resolutions with UHD becoming the new standard and Video walls are becoming more popular now with new ultra-thin bezels.

Screens are going to become more personalized and interactive. With improved data at the screen level, the experience will be more individualized and influential at the point of contact.

In 2018 we will see responsive and automated content triggered by sensors on the displays, as well as data feeds from computers and the web.

2018 is poised to be the most exciting year yet in digital signage. Screens are going to get more integrated, more comprehensive, faster, and smarter.
